These whimsical post earrings are handcrafted from authentic recycled newspaper comic strips, transforming familiar bits of print, color and character into miniature wearable works of art. At the center of each earring is the expressive face of a comic strip character, individually hand-formed into a focal component.

Surrounding the character are tiny handmade recycled comic strip beads, carefully stitched together to create a colorful dimensional frame. Flecks of red, blue, yellow, green and other colors from the original newspaper comics make every pair delightfully different.
