Handmade from recycled newspaper luxury jewelry advertisements and genuine recycled U.S. dollar bills, this dramatic cuff transforms familiar printed materials into an intricate piece of wearable art.

More than 1,200 individual beads are handmade by me, combining fragments of luxury jewelry advertisements with the distinctive greens, blues, patterns, and fine details found in U.S. currency. Each tiny bead is then hand-stitched together on comfortable elastic cord, creating a richly textured mosaic that wraps beautifully around the wrist.

At 2.5 inches high, the bracelet makes a substantial statement, yet its flexible construction allows it to move comfortably with the wearer. Look closely and you'll discover tiny glimpses of typography, engraving, patterns, color, and imagery—details that reveal the surprising origins of the materials.

Because every bead is individually made from recycled printed material, no two bracelets will ever be exactly alike. Variations in words, images, colors, and patterns are part of what makes each piece unique.
